Obtaining a Resale Certification

There are no capitalization fees to be paid at this time.
A resale certificate can be obtained in 10-15 business days depending upon payment method. The basic process is as follows:
  1. Officially request the Resale Certificate by filling out the online form provided by the secretary-treasurer of the Pleasant Hills Homeonwers Association
  2. Pay the $25 resale certification fee via Stripe ($26.06 including convenience fee) or check by mail
  3. The secretary-treasurer will confirm receipt of the payment
  4. The secretary-treasurer will send (vial email) the resale certificate and new resident welcome package
